About:China Private Visit Visa

Marrying to a Chinese person

Me and my fiancee are planing on getting married in China,i went back from China to my country to prepare necessary documentation,but now i hold no visa and it's uncertain when China can open it's borders,could i apply for S visa,in such a situation?

Kiba, you need to wait until the Chinese embassy is open for handling visa services to apply for a visa. Howver, since you are not married, the S visa is not applicable. You can only apply for a tourist visa.
