About:Requirements for China Green Card (Permanent Residence Permit)

For Those Seeking Reunion with Parents

I am Chinese with US green card. My husband is American and my kids are american (minors). We are currently living in the U.S. and plan to move to China next year. In this case, can I apply Chinese green card for my minor kids?

Tess, if they haven't lived in China before, you can't get Chinese green card for them.
