Authentication for new passport details

Hi, We have a subsidiary in Jiangmen and would like to open an account with Construction Bank in China. We need to get authentication from China Embassy in Malaysia on our director's new passport details. We couldn't get through the phone lines of China Embassy in Jln Amapang, the Visa centre in OSK and Hampshire Office and they are all closed. Any other centre that is open that we can contact in Malaysia?

For the authentication on the documents (in Chinese) for the new passport details, do we need notary public to notarize, do we need any other parties such as Ministry of Foreign Affairs to endorse?

Thank you.

Regards
Linda Tan

Linda, I'm afraid currently all the visa centers in your country is closed.

You need to notarize the documents first by a notary public, and then take it to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to endorse.
