Can a dependent of a Z Visa holder apply for a long term visa currently?

Hi,

My wife and I are Singapore Citizens. My wife currently works in one of the statutory boards of the Singapore Government. She will be posted to China pending Z Visa approval.

I have the intention to accompany her there long term. Can I currently apply for a long term visa as a dependent of a Z Visa holder? Thanks.
