About:Policy for Foreigners with Immediate Family Living in China
l plan move to Guangzhou to live with my Chinese fiancee, where should we get married?
We both hold travel Visas, he for USA, me for PRC. We are trying to decide what is the easiest way for us to get married so that I can get a spousal/family visa to live with him in Guangzhou where he is a professor at gdufs. Should I go to China and get married first and then once married apply for spouse Visa in China? Or should he come here to be married then we both go back to China together? In some places I read I have to apply for Q1 visa from within USA. Thank you!
