visa card

my wife left for china right after xmas,,to be there for new years.. well...she was to return back to america in march.....that didn't happen...with this virus 19...she still stuck in china,,and her visa runs out at the end of June.....will they let her leave when time comes .or how can she renew her visa,,when she is in China..she has a green card, married to me now over 9 yrs. can she leave China with a expired visa.. because of this virus 19..or how we fix this problem...

What visa expires at the end of June? She's a Chinese citizen with a American Green Card. She can stay in China as long as she wants. The problem now is not when or how to get out of China, it's how to come back. For foreingners anyway.
