Requirements for Permanent Residence for a under 18 foreigner with Chinese background/family
My parents are no longer considered Chinese citizens but I plan to live with my other close family members who are citizens。I am also under 18 and so would it be possible to move back to China and gain a permanent residence？I have also read that if my parents were able to regain their citizenship then I would be allowed to obtain one as well。
（I understand there is a travel ban right now but this is after it has been lifted。）
