How do I avoid being overstayed or blacklisted in this condition?

I am a student living Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province, China. My visa is to expire July 3, 2020. I planned on returning to my country hopefully July 3rd because that’s the same time flights will be available from what I saw from the travel agency. I supposed to leave long time, but due to the Covid 19, airports have been closed, and flights are not moving. So, because of that, I had no other option but to stay here till flights start moving again. So what do I do to avoid being overstayed or seen as a blacklisted person?

Jimmy, before your visa expires, go to the local exit and entry administration in Jinhua to apply for a visa extension.
