About:Overstaying in China & Penalty

After paying overstay fine ! Is it blacklisted?

So After paying overstay fine do the person get blacklisted or banned from the country ? Or will it affect applying for other countries. Or any chance been cleared ?

It generally doesn't affect you to apply for other countries but it is possible to be blacklisted by the country you overstayed.

Hi Luna, when did the overstay happen and how long was the overstay? If the overstay was not very long and happened 5 years ago, you may try to apply again.
