Can a foreigner get the 2-month automatic stay renewal twice?
Hello everyone. Thanks to you all for taking the time to read my question.
My one year residence permit expired on March 22nd, 2020, after which I continued to stay in China during the automatic 60 day renewal while I waited for Spain to reopen to foreigners.
As Spain was still not open at the end of these 60 days, I went to the PSB and received a 30 day short stay (humanitarian) permit. Just afterward, Spain announced that it will reopen to foreigners on July 1st. This is 7 days AFTER my short stay permit expires.
My question is: is the new short stay permit also eligible to be extended for 60 days? (thereby allowing me to leave China and fly to Spain on July 1st)
