I am eligible for spouse permanent visa, can I apply abroad?
I am eligible for spouse permanent visa (lived in China over 10 years without break, married to Chinese citizen over 5), however I am currently stuck in Japan due to the border restrictions. Is it possible to apply for permanent visa from Chinese consulate in Tokyo?
