I want to marry with a chinese girl after divorced

I am Iranian and live in china . I divorced a chinese lady 3 years ago and now going to marry again with another chinese lady . I have divorced certificate that issued by local china court . Do i need again to prepare single certificate from my country ? I am still in china since i divorced . Do local Chinese government can issue this Single certificate For me ? Can i marry again with providing divorce certificate?

You need to go to the CVASC center in Japan to make the application by submitting required documents, like passport, application form, photo, and businese invitation letter.
