Required Information for Ticket Registration

Hello, This is Bilal from Taiyuan. I am living with family here in taiyuan as we both are a student. My baby visa was expired in January and they fine us and then issue Hummatarian Visa for 1 month as we have to leave china within 1 month but, due to covid-19 they extend that visa for 3 months more now we have to leave china before 14 july 2020. so how can we do registration for booking the ticket to pakistan as i called PIA they said contact your embassy in china .. they are not attending the call from few days.

Why do you need to register the ticket? I think you can simply book the ticket and then fly back.
