Please help

Hi I am born on 9/11/1990.
I would like to ask your advice whether I should or should not quit my job. I am in doubt whether I am working at the right company and if I do quit is there any possible opportunity to find a better place to work for.
I have quite a low self esteem which make me not believing in myself as I am good enough to do anything.
I do not know what 2020 will brings but I hope you can give some advice whether anything I can do or change the way I am.
