Blacklisted for how long?
Two years back I applied for short term chinese language course unfortunately the agent Through whom I applied issued me fake admission letter and Jw202 letter.
I was rejected with red refusal stamp that time and now in these two years I have applied 4 times but every time I get my passport with that same red refusal stamp.
My wife is chinese and i needed to get chinese visa. How can I solve my problem? Am I blacklisted for life long? I never can go back to China?
The embassy staff never tell me about the duration. Every time they say you can apply visa but every time I apply visa they reject.
What should I do? Can someone give me some suggestions what to do in this situation? How can I solve my this problem?
