Extension of visa and marriage matters

My Visa is L already expired last Feb. 22,2020 and my son visa is Q2 was expired last April 22, 2020. Our purpose of coming here is to process our marriage and get married. But we failed to do it due to COVID. We can't also go home to Philippines because of the lockdown.

I read here in comment inbox that their is 2 months extension of visa. But what if we exceed in that two months? What are we going to do? Can we still get married here?
What we need to do in order for us to get married here?

Thank you!

Aiza, you need to visit the local exit and entry administration office as soon as possible and apply for a visa extension. Otherwise, you may have overstayed in China and be blacklisted.

virus and travel ban or not, you overstayed your visa and will have to pay fines up to 10,000 rmb and possibly be deported and blacklisted from entry for 10 years. your son still has time on his extension to apply for a new visa. even if you get married to a local chinese, you will be treated the same as any other tourist and wont be able to get more than a 3 month, 0 entry Q visa. the new visa system is putting everyone in a situation of uncertainty.
