About:Overstaying in China & Penalty

Can I stay if the exit entry bureau said so?

I called the exit and entry bureau and they told me I don’t need to extend my visa. I should just call and go to them one week before my flight takes of when I bought my ticket

Lisa, if you enter China before March 28, your visa will be extended automatically for two months. This is true.

what if my flight on June 30-th was cancelled and my visa expires on July first? The soonest flight I could find is July 4-th. What will happen to me in this situation? do I still have to pay the fine despite the epidemic reasons?

You need to extend your visa at the local exit and entry administration before July 1st.
