Will China still issue multiiple entry visa for field engineer traveling from HK?

I am a Philippine passport holder currently residing in Hong Kong. I had been issued multiple China entry visas before and my last one had expired on Mar 24, 2020. Will China still issue me a new one, and what will be the requirements? Before the China visa processing center here in HK requires only an invitation letter. Upon entry, will I need to under quarantine before I can visit factories?

Sammy, you can try to apply for a new visa from Hong Kong and it's possible to get it. The requirements are the almost same as you apply for the previous visa. However, you should be aware that foreigners cannot enter mainland China now.
