I get married 22.7.2019 with a chinese guy.And I submitted my documents to apply visa

I get married 22.7.2019 with a chinese guy.And I submitted my documents to apply visa.
But after almost seven months. were returned my documents due to rejection from Gerry's
Now what I do...?

You have to wait for at least three months before submitting the application again.
