Will all Business Class Amenities be offered if I asked for it

Not always available. The VIP waiting room is available in some stations, not all. Earlier boarding is usually OK at most station. Free porter service, to be honest, I did not find it at station. Free meal and other advantages are for long distance trip, can be different for each train. However, try to ask for them on train otherwise you may not know what is included for that trip.
