cabin luggage

Is there a place a place in train to store the big suitcase? (70x50 cm, 23 kg)

If this luggage is too large for the racks above seat, you can store it at the space in front of first row of sear or behind of the last row of seat. There is also rack for large sized luggage at one ends of the carriage, but limited racks there.
