Same Sex couple..... moving to China
Hi, same sex male couple here ( both 50 yrs old ), Canadaian and HK passport + Spouse is Italian and Argentinian and Canadian passport. Properties in HK and Zhuhai. May I ask what is the options for permanent stay for my Italian spouse? We will not be working, lets say very early retirement. While I realized that being married legally in Canada does not help with this for now. He already has the 10 yr China Visa with his Argentinian Passport, would he just exit every 90 days ( like entering HK which we do anyway as we have families in HK and will travel back and forth and we like to travel often within ASIA as well ). can they be done forever , dose it post any problem eventually, would the Chinese immigration stop issuing his reentry after awhile ? Would getting the 10 yr Visa with his Canadian passport grant him 120 days instead? Is it difficult for exit and reentry? We know some owners of large business in China, would they be able to help with any special long term visa ???
