About:China Private Visit Visa

Same Sex Spouse

Hey there,
Got a job offer in Beijing and would like to take my same-sex spouse. We have a marriage certificate. Will I have to move there before inviting him over or can we apply at the same time?

Dear, you can apply at the same time. Plus, you may not apply for S type as your marriage certificate isn't recognized in China.
