Sea of Clouds is known for its beauty, scarcity (One of Four Wonders at HuangShan)

Hi, When is the best time and the best location at HuangShan to take photos of the floating clouds pouring down from mountaintops.

June, July and August are recommended time to appreciate the Sea of Clouds. The best locations are Yupinglou, Qingliangtai, Bai'eling, Paiyunting and Guangmingding. Hope helpful!
