If you will still have the same job title but with a different company then you can "transfer" your work permit (not the residence permit on your passport) to your new company. Your employer must first apply to cancel your work permit within 10 business days of your resignation. Your next company will then apply to "transfer" your work permit by providing your new contract, your cancellation confirmation, your valid passport with your valid residence permit and a copy of application for a work permit to the new city's relevant department (they should know which one to go to) within 30 days of the cancellation confirmation. A new work permit should then be issued by that city. You don't need a new residence permit if your current one is still valid.
If you will be having a different job title, then you will need to start the work permit petition from scratch.
