Cousins Visa

What visa should my cousin apply for to visit me for more than 180 days? I’m a US National with a work visa in China and a temporary residency card.

That depends. A 10-year L visa can let her stay for 60 days at a time, an S2 visa between 90 and 120 days. As she is not a direct family member she most likely won be eligible for a residence permit which allows one to stay for more than 180 days.
