are there special requeriments to aply for the 6-12 months visa?

How good are the chances to get it at this time? I'm afraid that intentions for traveling might not been very welcomed at this time. What would be the best way to apply for it. I was thinking in show my intentions to self quarantine and after everything gets better to travel around.

If you don't hold a US/Canadian/UK/Argentine/Brazilian/Israeli passport then the issuance of such visas are up to the consulate. Keep in mind that no visa permits a stay for more than 180 days per entry and no tourist visa permits a stay for more than 90 days per entry.
