Domestic airline travel is quarantine?

I'm planning a trip from Shenzhen to Shanghai next week. I am little worried that when I get there I may have to do quarantine. As far as I know, only international travellers are required to do quarantine, not domestic. Is there any official regulations with sources in regards to domestic travel by flying currently?
