About:Hong Kong to Shenzhen High Speed Trains

what are my option to go to HK?

The train stopped for whole March and April. Maybe there are still buses? Anyone knows please?

Shenzhen Bay port is still working so the buses should be still available, however, the bus schedule may greatly changed. You may check with some bus company in HK like EEbus etc for details. Oor you can transfer to the port directly by city bus and then enter HK from there.
