About:Beijing - Shanghai High Speed Train

Get to Beijing South train station for ticket cancellation

Can we get tickets refunded at station even though we booked online? I got confused answer at hotel. Can you please offer confirmed answer? I do not want to take a risk at station and waste my time. Thank you.

You can refund train ticket even booked online. If you have printed out paper ticket or receipt alrady, please take them wih you for refund, as well as all travelers' travel document. Thank you.
