About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

I lost my passport and my visa expired 11 months ago . What should l do?

I don't have money to pay for the fine and can l also get an emergency travelling document since l don't have a passport

You need to go to the local police station to report your situation, pay the fine, and then apply for a new passport or travel document at the embassy of your country in China. Then apply for an exit visa at the local exit and entry administration to leave.
