What are the requirements for Chinese work visa for Ugandan citizens

We are entertainers doing African dance and acrobats
The Chinese company tried to reach the Chinese Embassy in Uganda but all the documents they provided were refused by the Embassy. What are the exact documents needed please? Thank you
