You can get a visa on arrival by holding at least MOP$5,000 in cash (other currencies accepted), booking confirmation for your entire duration of stay and a return or onward ticket.
However, if you are asking about how you can get to Macau, it has land borders with Hong Kong and Mainland China and ferry connections from HK airport.0
