Exit and Re-entry to Mainland China during COVID-19

Some usual ports of entry for mainland China (Kinmen / HK) have been closed during the COVID-19 outbreak. Are there any convenient destinations (countries) nearby China that would permit rapid travel without mandatory quarantine to facilitate the reset of a multi-entry visa?
