About:China Family Reunion Visa

china residence the medical health every renew

HELLO EVERY ONE
I have more than Question wish to find answer for them
I was hold Q2 visa one year 180 days stay. before finished check change to Q1 or (temporary residence as it show in blue label )
I did medical health for that
But I got only 180 day not one year validity
My first Question It that normal to gave 180 days aft日语renewer change from Q2 to residence?
My Second Question every time I will renew need to do and pay for “medical health” for renew?
How many days “medical health” still can use for renew? I have copy only

1) The issuance of a family-based residence permit is under provincial/municipal jurisdiction and so far only Guangdong and Shanghai have the option for 5-year validity. Reports from the rest of the country are otherwise scarce but there were instances when a woman's residence permit was refused outright in rural Hunan after her entering with a Q1 visa. Given that I would say it is probably not unusual for you to receive a residence permit with such a short validity although it definitely is not an improvement over a Q2 visa. At least in Beijing the next renewal will be valid for 2 or 3 years.
2) Normally health exams are not required for renewal but again this is up to the municipal EEA/NIA so the rule is whatever they say.
