What and how to obtain 2 year M Visa

I have previously held three continuous 1 year M visa with multiply entries. I wish to apply for a 2,5 or 10 year M visa if that is possible. And what additional information or documents would I need to supply when applying.

Dean, as far as I know, the 5 or 10 year visa is not applicable to Australian citizens. Maybe you can apply for a 2 year M visa. Apart from the regular documents, you need to provide copies of your previous Chinese visas.
