Chinese visa renewal

My Chinese visa expires on 23rd of March 2020 my son lives and works in China and i wish to visit him when the coronavirus clears up i am approaching 70 years of age can i apply by post to Manchester as i did in2018?

Sorry, you can't apply for a China by post any more at the China Visa Center in Manchester.
