How can 2 foreigners get married in Beijing? We have resident permits

You can go to the Civil Affairs Bureau to Beijing to register your marriage. The documents to be submitted include your passports, single status certificates, and residence permits of China.0

Yeah, but since one of us is from Republic of China-Taiwan this is not possible obviously. Maybe someone else can help?0
