Visa expiring

My visa is expiring and cannot use it due to the outbreak. Can i extend the validity of the visa? How? Thanks

I understand your frustration, however I'm afraid we do not provide any refund or visa extension services. It may be necessary to apply for a new visa if your visa expires before you travel to China.
