Hi

I have my q2 visa and it will expire on March 04. Is it possible to renew it without the appearance of my husband because he's in the province and I can't go there because of the virus.

If your National Immigration Administration office is now open then they will give you a 30-day humanitarian visa, no question asked. As your visa still has about 20+ days you can wait until mid-to-late February to do that.
