Fire Horse with career crisis

Hi - born may 6, 1966...having issues with my company I started 20 years ago. I’m very close to the many big things we put in place but not sure this last little bit can happen in time. So close and yet so far, many bad consequences if I can’t make it. I never, never give up but for first time ever, literally in my life, I feel like I should.
