What is the requirements for business travel to China for the first time without knowing anybody the

If I want to travel to China now for business and I don't know anybody over there in China. What step should I take?

If you don't know any business partner in China, it's not possible to apply for a business visa by yourself. You can contact some agencies to see if they can provide some help.
