About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

My grandma is chinese citizen. She already 99 y/o. She need to renew her icard.

But the problem, she need to present her passport, her passport and birth cert. was included when her house was on fire last 1949.

How can we get a passport?

Kok, you can contact the Chinese embassy or consulate in the Philippines to see how they can help you. According to what I know, they can renew passports for overseas Chinese.

If your grandmother has never had a passport issued by the People's Republic of China then you need to seek help for her at the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office.
