Hello! I’ve got a flight with China Southern Vienna-Bangkok with 12hrs transit in Urumqi and was denied boarding due to visa absence. At the check in I was showed “you need visa if transit more than 2hrs” - whine there is no such information anywhere. Please help 🙏🏻 and thanks
