L VISA

Hello just today my L visa was denied and the embassy did not give me a reason. I competed all the requirements included the invitation from my Chinese Boyfriend Citizen , my money at the bank is 70k I know its enough because I just stay for 5 days. But then again the Embassy denied me. I can reapply but I need to wait for 3 months. Next month my boyfriend will go here at the Philippines because we will get Married after we get married. Can I apply a Q1 VISA ? or i need to wait 3 months before i apply again ? THANK YOU

After you get married, you can apply for a Q1 visa, but you may still need to wait for three months to file the application.

What was the purpose of the invitation? Was it just for a visit or to get married in China? Hi! Maybe I can help you. Please email me at crmgin.bcg@gmail.com.
