About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Arrival by cruise

Cruising from Singapore to several ports including Hong Kong (2 nights still on board) to Shanghai.
Staying 3 nights in Shanghai before flying home via Hong Kong ( transit only to change planes) to Australia.
Am I eligible for the 144 hour free visa?
Thank you

If your route is Hong Kong-Shanghai-Hong Kong then you need a visa.
