About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

I and my fiance flying from Singapore and we have 16 hours wait to change plain to US JFK Airport. C

I and my fiance flying from Singapore with USA passport and we have 16 hours wait to change plain to UA JFK Airport. Can leave the airport for a city tour in Shanghai.
