About:Hong Kong Visa Policy

visa-free conditions

I can stay 3 months without a visa, ok. The question is that: If I leave Hong Kong for 1 day after three months' holiday -and then come back later, will I be entitled to stay again for 3 months? Thank you!

Entering HK after a short period of absence when you have already stayed for months would potentially trigger additional questioning at the border, and immigration may accordingly shorten your duration of stay or refuse entry. You should prepare documentations to demonstrate that you haven't violated immigration law while in HK and have sufficient funds to support yourself for your stay. Immigration may also ask for an onward or return ticket.
