How is the student visa condition for Nepali student in Hong Kong?

Heard that they relaxed the visa policy for Nepali people, what are the terms and conditions?

You need to meet the following two requirements:
1. You hold a school acceptance letter to confirm that you has been accepted for a course of study;
2. You are able to meet the fees for the course, the living expenses for your maintenance and accommodation without working and without recourse to public funds.
