What are the spouse visa requirements?
I am a Japanese. My husband is American, has Z visa. I was trying to get S1, but because his visa duration is less than 6 months at the moment, I was told I can’t apply for S1.
I was recommended to get tourist visa, then after arriving China I change to Spouse visa.
I thought spouse visa is only for the person whose spouse is Chinese citizens. We are both non-Chinese citizens. Can I still apply for spouse visa?
